We endevour to deliver custom-made orders within 72 hours. The ordering department will provide an estimate time of delivery when your order is placed.
DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Standard stock items received before 12 noon will be dispatched within two working days.
You are welcome to arrange your own collection of your urgent orders to avoid delays.
WARRANTY
We offer a 3 month guarantee against any manufacturing defects on our products. If the product proves defective due to improper workmanship, our factory will repair the product or provide a replacement. Mastercare Enterprises reserves the right to replace or repair the product. This warranty is only provided upon presentation of the original invoice indicating the date of purchase and product type; together with the product.
Mastercare Enterprises reserves the right to refuse free-of-charge warranty services if the above documents cannot be presented or if the information contained in it is invalid, incomplete or illegible.
This warranty is void if the Mastercare Enterprises’ products have been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service or other factors not due to improper workmanship.

RETURN POLICY
All returns together with the original invoice need to be sent to the Customer Services Department (orders@mastercare.co.za) for evaluation and processing.
