ALPS Prosthetic Cleanser is a non-alkaline, soap-free cleanser which can be used for either hand or machine washing of prosthetic liners or sleeves. Patients with sensitive skin may also find that this soothing cleansing agent is ideal for washing skin areas that come into contact with the prosthesis. -
ALPS Prosthetic Lubricant is used to help in donning gel and silicone prosthetic liners. It allows the amputee to don the liner or sheath easily while eliminating the sticky feel. -
ALPS Antioxidant Cream contains antioxidants that are effective scavengers of free radicals and hydroxyl groups. May assist with soothing pain, itchiness and irritated skin. -
VIP is an air expulsion integrated pump for elevated vacuum for prosthetic socket. The use of VIP provides patients continuous total contact when donning the prosthesis. This is essential for an even weight distribution and to distribute the suspension of the prosthesis over the whole surface of the residual limb. Elevated vacuum created by the VIP stabilizes the residual limb, overcoming all issues connected with the stump changing volume during the day. -
ALPS cosmetic covers are pre-stretched and are heated to shrink to size. After pulling skin over prosthesis, use a heat gun to start at the toes and work up to the proximal trim. If needed, a vinyl contact cement can be used or super glue for a permanent bond. Can be used on transtibial amputees. For use with suction suspension applications, place a small hole so the cosmetic cover does not inflate. -

They accommodate volume fluctuation and can be worn alone or with ones prosthesis. -

ALPS EasySleeve SuperStretch is a prosthetic gel sleeve that provides comfort and durability while still providing strength through suction suspension. The SLE allows freedom of knee flexion as well as achieving secure suspension by sealing with the skin without restricting circulation. By using a separate fabric cover, the EasyGel is able to move with the user, therefore reducing the forces against the patella and allowing the bulk of the sleeve to be displaced away from the popliteal area.
